My personal journey has awakened a profound devotion to humankind evolution, metaphysics, compassion, spirituality, and the science that weaves it all together. Over the past decade, I have trained as a holistic therapist and consultant, specializing in psychosomatic therapy, Reiki Mastery, Tibetan breathwork, aromatherapy, and ancestral modalities. These tools allow me to guide others back to themselves — back to the being before the human, the soul before the form.

My approach is rooted in the intelligence of the body, its natural rhythms, and the rhythms of Mother Earth. When we reconnect with our internal landscapes, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and work in harmony with our own energy, a deeper clarity emerges. Decisions feel truer. Emotions soften. The body remembers its original blueprint.

I see emotions as energetic movements and pain as a portal — a messenger offering direction. By tuning into these currents rather than suppressing them, we open space within the body, release stagnation, and let vitality flow again. This process is what I call emotional alchemy: the remembrance of who we truly are beneath the noise.

In our work together, we enter a space of connection and co-creation. Compassion and balance guide every step. Drawing from ancient alchemical wisdom, we soften old patterns and allow new states of being to surface — like transforming dense lead into luminous gold. Each step is a reclamation of inner power.

I now live my life as much as I can, refining this Tibetan Heart Mudra practice which has become like a daily mantra for me:
